+ DO YOU OFFER A CLASS FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes! Sign up for our 10 Minute Basic Introduction class, which are available 20 minutes before the start of our regular sessions. These drop-in sessions will take you through the basic set-up, safety, positions, and terminology that will be used in every Ride Nation class.

When the lights go down and the music goes up, you’ll have the freedom to ride at your own pace and control your own resistance.

+ WHAT should i wear to class?

Comfortable, moisture-wicking tops and form-fitting pants or cycling shorts are recommended to avoid fabric interfering with the pedals. Remember to bring socks or purchase a pair at the front desk.

+ do you provide cycling shoes?

Yes! Cycling shoes are complimentary and required for safety. Enjoy ours or bring your own. Our bike pedals accept both LOOK or SPD cleats. Clipping in allows you to utilise the full revolution of your pedal stroke and gives a more effective workout.

+ DO YOU PROVIDE SHOWERS AND LOCKERS?

Yes! After your workout, enjoy a refreshing shower and indulge in our grooming products. While you’re at it, stash your belongings in our keyless lockers equipped with USB outlets.

+ IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?

For safety purposes, riders must be 125 cm (4'10") or taller (regardless of age) to enjoy our classes. Riders 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult in class, and those under 18 must have a parent/guardian complete a waiver before riding. If there are questions or accommodations, please come visit our studio before booking your first ride.

+ WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL AND NO SHOW POLICY?

You must cancel at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled class to avoid losing a class credit. You may cancel online or by calling the studio directly. The class will be returned to your account to be used at a future date. If you have our unlimited package and you cancel within 6 hours of your scheduled class (“late cancel”), you will be charged 8BD.

If you have not checked-in 3 minutes prior to start of class, your bike will be released to a rider on the waiting list. If you are running late, please call to let us know and we will hold your spot for up to 5 minutes after the start of class. We understand life gets crazy, but to maintain the experience of other riders if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show, will not be permitted to attend class and it will result in a loss of credit.

+ HOW DOES THE WAITING LIST WORK?

If the class you want is full, add yourself to the waiting list. As bikes are cancelled, the list moves up and places the next person on the bike that was cancelled. A notification email will be sent to you immediately.

+ ARRIVING LATE AND LEAVING EARLY

If you’re running late, please call the studio at +973 17484828 to hold your bike. To preserve the experience and respect riders we do not allow anyone to enter later than 5 minutes once class has started. If you must leave early, please let the instructors know ahead of time.

+ CAN I GET A REFUND?

First class is on the house. You get to try before you buy with no tie-downs or obligations. If you do buy a package or retail our policy is:

1 - Packages: no refunds in full or part, except in cases of permanent disability or death. See more in our T&C's section.
2 - Retail: We do, if returned with a receipt, in original packaging unused/undamaged and within 15 days from purchase.

+ CAN I FREEZE OR TRANSFER MY CREDIT?

Life happens and nobody wants to feel guilty.

Freeze: You can freeze your credit two times in a calendar year, with each freeze not exceeding 30 calendar days.
Share: You can share your credit too with up to 5 family or friends. More than 5 is at Ride Nation's discretion.
